Backgammon Boards
Backgammon is one of the oldest known board games. Believed to have been played in ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt in 3000 BC. I wanted who ever played with these boards to share in a sense of the ancient and timeless origins.
All of the wood is re-purposed: The top and bottom panels are old floor boards from a 1800's home, the frames are cut-offs from various other projects, the dice are made from deer antler and the checkers are rocks I collected from the coast of Maine.

Hidden Cabin
Off the grid living, hidden deep within the woods of Freeport this 12' x 16' cabin is a quiet getaway from the world. A favorite place to sit and relax.
Designed to fade into the surroundings this White Cedar and Pine exterior is finished with a natural water-based sealant that will age to a silver, gray patina while protecting the wood from the elements, and preventing mildew.
